Changing school management system

If you are changing the school management system you use please follow these steps:

  1. Have a look at the relevant guide here for the set up of the school management system you are moving to. 
  2. Email us on schoolcloud@tes.com and let us know that you are changing school management system, the management system you are moving to, and any details listed as needed in the guide for the management system you are moving to. 

We can then go ahead and make the change for you and run the first sync. 

After we run the first sync we will ask you to log into your Room Booking System as an Admin and match up the rooms and timeslots that already exist in the system with those that have now come across from the new school management system. This ensures that the timetable entries synced from the new school management system update to the correct rooms and timeslots already on the system. 

Once you have matched these let us know and we will run a further sync for you and the timetable entries should then be updated on your system. If any entries from the new management system clash with bookings already made on Room Booking the bookings made on Room Booking will be deleted and the users sent an email to advise them of this.
